2. Overview

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and does not store anything on your device. Fonts are served from our own server; no connection to Google or other font services is made.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA; the contact for users in the EU is GitHub B.V., Prins Bernhardplein 200, 1097 JB Amsterdam, Netherlands. When you visit the site, GitHub logs and stores your IP address for security purposes and processes further technical data such as the date and time of the request and browser information, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, reliable website). Data may be transferred to the USA. This is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR); GitHub, Inc. is certified under this framework. 4. Contact form

If you use the contact form, the data you enter (name, email address, message) and your IP address are transmitted to Formspree, Inc., 21750 Hardy Oak Blvd Ste 104 #26968, San Antonio, TX 78258, USA, which forwards the message to us by email. We use the data only to answer your message. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering your message). The transfer to the USA is based on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). More information: Formspree Privacy Policy. We delete your data once your message has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Contact by email

If you email us, we process your email address and message to answer you. Our email is provided by Spacemail, a service of Spaceship, Inc., 4600 East Washington Street, Suite 300, Phoenix, AZ 85034, USA. The transfer to the USA is based on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR), which are part of Spaceship's data processing addendum. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, email office@cover24.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). In Austria this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
